Components are typically in batches from many hundreds for smaller chassis & brackets to larger special housings and enclosures - usually produced in batches ranging from of 5 to 50 off.

Electronics
Mild steel (Zintec) and aluminium sheet metal typically in thicknesses from 0.7 to 2.5mm then powder coated, electro plated or anodised. Electronics metal work requires a high degree of component accuracy with tolerances in the order of + or – 0.1mm regularly being achieved.

Enclosures
Large, medium or small, if you can draw it - we can make it. Enclosures and light assemblies form a large proportion of our production in varied batch sizes.

Tea? Coffee?
Vending machines, they turn up everywhere but someone has to make the precision sheet metal components.

Travel safes are made by Ackerman Engineering for Checkmate Devices Limited (see link to Checkmate on links page).

Heavier Duty!
Heavier steel and stainless steel fabrications in thicknesses typically form 3.0 to 12mm, on mild steel components third party hot dip galvanising is often called for.
